"My original alarm system was maintained by several different companies, though mergers etc but always the same group of engineers, with one main manager. They were always helpful and would try to service the system in a friendly manager. Once the main manager left after a final merger the standards slipped and the service deteriorated.

I was impressed by the can do attitude demonstrated by Luke and the responses given. Having agreed terms the installation date was agreed within a couple of days.

The installation engineer arrived; he was both courteous and helpful. He completed the installation work and kept the mess to a minimum, tidying up afterwards.

 

We are pleased with the new system and feel confident that the maintenance service is once again in safe hands.
